UNIQUE RECIPES WITH BRANDY AND LIQUEURS

COCKTAILS

We have prepared for you an entirely new range of brandies and liqueurs Perković, which, when mixed with fruit juices or consumed pure, offer outstanding new taste experiences. The cocktail recipes we have created are unique because they have been prepared from homemade brandies and liqueurs and other famous alcoholic drinks and fruit juices. Our cocktails, when chilled, are excellent on warm summer days but also for for warming up on long winter nights.

CROATIAN MULE

Fill the copper cup up to half with ice cubes. Add plum brandy, squeeze out half of lime and fill to the top with Thomas Henry Spicy ginger.Stir plum brandy and ginger you will get a real Croatian Mule for you.
4cl Perković plum brandy
15cl Thomas Henry Spicy ginger
2cl Fresh lime juice

MEAD COCKTAIL

Fill a bar glass with ice, pour in the drinks and close it with a boston shaker, close the class with boston shaker (bottom part of a three-part shaker). Pour into appropriate glass and shake, then decorate it with fruit.
3cl Perković cider
1cl Plum brandy Perković
2cl apricot liqueur
1cl lime juice

HERB BRANDY SOUR

Put 4-6 ice cubes into a bar cup, close the glass with boston shaker and cool down. Put in all ingredients, close and firmly shake. Serve into appropriate glass (small tumbler).

5cl Perković herb brandy

2cl lemon juice

2 bar spoons of sugar

FIG MARASCHINO

Put 4-6 ice cubes into a bar cup and pour the drinks. Close the glass with boston shaker (bottom part of a three-part shaker), shake and pour into appropriate glass (graniti glass, large american)

2cl fig brandy Perković

2cl cocoa liqueur – white

6cl orange juice

6cl pineapple juice

BLUEBERRY COCKTAIL

Put ice in the glass and pour the drinks. Close the glass with boston shaker (bottom part of a three-part shaker), shake and pour into appropriate glass (graniti glass, large american), decorate with fruit and add straw.

2cl Blueberry liqueur Perković

2cl blue curacao

2cl banana liqueur

6cl banana juice

1cl orange juice

WALNUT BRANDY SHOOTER

In a small glass (shooter) pour 1 cl walnut brandy, then pour 1cl irish cream, and on top 1cl brandy. Drink in one gulp.

HERB BRANDY - SAMBUCA COCKTAIL

Pour chilled sambuca in a small glass (shooter), then on the side of the glass pour herb brandy. Drink in one gulp.

1cl Sambuca

CHERRY COLA

Close the glass with a boston shaker (bottom part of a three-part shaker), share and pour into appropriate glass (graniti glass, large american), decorate with fruit. Serve with a strawberry.

CHERRY BRANDY SHOOTER

In a small glass (shooter) pour 2cl Cherry brandy, then add 1 cl of sweet whipped cream. Drink in one gulp

1cl sweet whipped cream

CAROB COCKTAIL

In a glass and shaker put ice to cool them down. Then pour out all water after cooling, in shaker put all ingredients expect carob brandy, stir gently. Pour into cooled glass and on top pour 1cl carob brendy, decorate appropriately.

PERKOVIĆ COCKTAIL

Put ice in a glass and pour the in the drinks. Close the class glass with a boston shaker (bottom part of a three-part shaker), sharke and pour into an appropriate glass (graniti glass, large american), decorate with fruit. Serve with a straw

1cL Perković pear brandy
2cL apricot liqueur
1cL lime juice
1cL grenadine
5cL orange juice

MEAD - BLUEBERRY COCKTAIL

In a small glass (shooter) pour chilled ingredients. Drink in one gulp.
1,5cl Perković mead
1,5cl Perković blueberry liqueur

WALNUT BRANDY COCKTAIL

Mix In a glass mix chilled coffee and almond syrup in a glass. On top of them pour walnut brandy, Iirish cream and cocoa liqueur, all chilled and mixed together. POn top pour whipped cream on top. Decorate with fruit and coffee.
